Static properties analysis of fiber optic wire wrapping

Abstract To improve the quality of fiber optic wire wrapping, influence each parameter wrapping on stress distribution is studied, and mechanical properties are simulated based principle fine mechanics composite materials. Solid elements used for modeling through finite element analysis, problem using ANSYS to solve package initially solved by establishing a 1° model analysis calculation. The results show that core cylinder slightly, radius, diameter have no effect state in pack, but if stiffness increases, minimum value pack will also increase, area unit tends be far from surface.
